1. Read a book (or two), got a hosted site, and started exploring on my own
2. Attended a company-paid Microsoft training
3. On the job - We had to use it for document management
4. Began coding ASP.Net / CSS years ago and migrated
5. Began using Groove/FrontPage years ago and kept up with the changes
6. On the job - My boss told me to set up a team collaboration site
7. On the job - Company implemented it and I was on the development team
8. Talked with other developers, read about it, and set up my own server
9. I paid for my own classroom training :(
