If you've been asleep or were only selective in your
reading. Some may think I'm coming out of retirement.
I'm not. In my current employment I've worked out that once a
quarter I can come visit the SharePoint community in some region of
the world and speak at a conference or cram in as much as I can in
a single trip.
The European SharePoint Conference at the Estrel Convention Center
in Berlin is designed to pull in people from all over Europe and
not designed to be just a German conference, but really a fully
European conference that rotates from country to country on an
annual basis.

Yes, I'll be at the SharePoint Conference in Anaheim, but I
won't be speaking and actually I won't officially be
attending. I'll just be being social over the weekend and day
of the keynote. This will give me the opportunity to focus
exclusively on the social aspects and allow me to focus on
Europe. Since I only get to choose 1 trip, per quarter I had
to be selective and SPC Anaheim is only a short 6 hour drive.
