MONTREAL, April 9, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ – André Poirier, President of Negotium Technologies, together with the shareholders of AlphaMosaïk, have confirmed a transaction between the two companies that will now empower their clients to have access to a complete range of technology solutions and allow them to transform their technology investments into strategic weapons. Negotium will now count nearly 200 employees in its offices in Montreal, Sacramento, New York, and Paris. The company will thus become Quebec’s leader in midmarket and large enterprise technology solutions.
“This transaction is in keeping with the ongoing trend in the IT industry towards consolidation; the most competitive and successful companies are growing and offering increasingly complete and integrated services both domestically and abroad. Moreover, this move is part of our growth strategy; we are expecting to triple our revenues to reach our target of $100M in annual revenues by 2016,” said André Poirier.
This transaction between Negotium Technologies and AlphaMosaïk is a perfect case study of two companies that offer complementary services coming together to create a major player in the industry, that is capable of offering its clients complete and integrated solutions in key areas including: improving business processes, connexity, collaboration, infrastructure, and business model evolution.
