Miguel is a Customer Success Manager at Yammer’s London headquarters. He represents the UK, France and Germany where he helps customers understand enterprise social networking and new ways of working. He has a background in Political Science and graduated from Richmond University with a masters degree in International Relations. After graduation he spent a year researching companies looking to disrupt traditional ways of working in both the private and public sector. His passion for changing the way the world works led him to Yammer where he’s now worked with customers from a range of industries such as professional services, education, government, oil and gas, manufacturing, entertainment, and startups.
