Sophie Charlwood is a Power Platform Consultant at Encodian. She brings a strong foundation in low-code development and a passion for solving real-world business challenges. She began her career as an intern at Microsoft, later returning as a graduate, before joining Encodian in 2023. Since then, she has continued to grow her expertise across the entire Power Platform, working on diverse projects spanning multiple industries and sectors.

Her career journey has taken her from presales into hands-on consulting, giving her a well-rounded understanding of strategic and technical perspectives. In addition to her Power Platform work, Sophie brings experience with Dynamics 365, enabling her to deliver end-to-end solutions seamlessly across Microsoft ecosystems.

Outside of client delivery, Sophie is a keen content creator. She develops blog posts and videos that demystify the Power Platform for a broader audience, sharpening her own skills while actively contributing to the wider tech community.
