“Use one library and don’t use folders – EVER”, said the first O365 consultant. “Always use multiple sites with multiple libraries and subcategorise using copious amounts of folders”, said the second consultant.“Use some libraries and use some folders, when it suits, if you like, it’s up to you”, said the very nice third consultant.
