Leon Welicki is Vice President of Product and Chief Product Officer for Power Apps, Microsoft’s low-code application development offering. Leon leads and partners across the Microsoft platform to deliver high-quality, simple, and delightful end-to-end experiences that empower every person to participate in the app ecosystem as a user, maker, or admin.
Before joining the Power Apps team, Leon was the Director of Product driving Azure’s end-to-end management experiences.

Vik was the CEO and Co-Founder of Infer, a predictive platform that helped businesses win more customers and was acquired by Ignite. Infer served hundreds of enterprise clients—including Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, and Okta—raised $35M from Andreessen Horowitz and others, and led its category in G2 reviews.
Before Infer, Vik was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Sutter Hill Ventures. He helped build Yahoo! BOSS (powering services like DuckDuckGo), and previously worked on Google Custom Search and Microsoft’s Windows XP SP2 Wireless. He also published with Turing Award winner Dr. Jim Gray at Microsoft Research and holds 13 patents across search, infrastructure, and data modeling.
Vik earned his Computer Science degree from UC Berkeley, where he now co-teaches CS and entrepreneurship courses. He was named an MIT Tech Review “Top 35 Innovator Under 35” and has been featured in outlets like Wired, Forbes, and Bloomberg. Earlier, he was a top-ranked high school policy debater and California state champion.

Nirav Shah is the Corporate Vice President (CVP) overseeing the Business & Industry Copilot Agent Cloud team at Microsoft, leading the development and implementation of platform capabilities which push the boundaries of AI to enable high value and secure AI business solutions. He drives key projects such as AI Tools, Power Platform Connectors, and Dataverse making it possible to power business processes and enterprise data with technological advancements in AI.
Nirav is also responsible for the shared Azure cloud infrastructure services across Microsoft’s Business Applications and Platforms, powering mission critical applications built on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Over the course of his two-decade career at Microsoft, Nirav has held various engineering leadership roles in Dynamics CRM, Office, and Visual Studio focused on simplifying application development. He helped lead the cloud transition of Dynamics CRM from an on-premises offering to running fully on Azure. Nirav earned his degrees at Rutgers University and lives in the greater Seattle area.
