European SharePoint, Office 365 & Azure Conference cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to;

  • 20% administration fee before September 1st 2017
  • 50% administration fee until October 1st 2017
  • Cancellations after October 1st will not be refunded
  • Tickets can be transferred to a friend or colleague free of charge

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be made after October 1st 2017
  • Refunds will not be made for non-attendance of the conference

Communications

  • By registering you are agreeing to join the European SharePoint, Office365 & Azure Conference mailing list to receive event & community updates.
  • ESPC17 organisers share the attendee list with ESPC17 Sponsors 1 week prior to the event (including only Name, Company, Country – Not including email & phone number). If you permit your badge to be scanned at a Sponsors booth they will receive your contact details including phone & email.

Party Night Terms and Conditions

  • Refunds will not be made on Party Ticket bookings
  • Tickets can be transferred to a friend or colleague free of charge by emailing info@sharepointeurope.com before 1 November 2017
  • Refunds will not be made for non-attendance of the party

Please note that the sale of party tickets is restricted to ESPC17 ticket holders only.
