The new Cloud App Model released since Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft SharePoint Online introduces new features and capabilities in the security infrastructure of SharePoint. This session, will delve into the security model of apps, covering topics about authentication (internal and external), authorization, OAuth, Server to Server and High Trust apps. You will also learn how to create apps capable of requesting on-the-fly permissions, leveraging OAuth and Office 365.

Through this session the attendees will be able to understand the inner workings of the Authentication and Authorization infrastructure of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online for handling SharePoint Apps and the Cloud App Model.
