It’s PowerShell that Does It. Everywhere

You’ve seen the scripts, you’ve run them, but you still feel uncomfortable writing them? Or you want to use PowerShell to manage your O365 environment but you don’t feel completely up to date yet with what cmdlets to use or where to start? You plan to migrate from SharePoint 2007 to 2010 or newer, and you noticed that STSADM has been deprecated in favour of PowerShell? This tutorial day might be something for you.

Benefits of attending this tutorial:

  1. You will walk away with an introduction to PowerShell, how to write basic scripts, how to document them. What are the best practices, and the do’s and don’ts.
  2. Erwin will go through installation of a SharePoint Server by means of only PowerShell. No clicking required and you will walk away with the scripts to do so.
  3. He will also show you what’s new in SharePoint 2016
  4. And last but not least, Erwin will show you how to perform basic tasks towards SharePoint Online, how to create artefacts like lists, libraries, content types, fields etc.

All in all it’s a packed day where we will navigate between on-premises and the cloud.
