Since SharePoint Version 2010 PowerShell is “The tool” for SharePoint Admins. From installation and configuration to automatic deployment of SharePoint artefacts and SharePoint maintenance and governance: PowerShell is Admins’ best friend. Markus will show the most important areas of SharePoint Administration where PowerShell can be used, of course this includes lots of live demos. PowerShell can also be used to administrate Office 365. Although there are only a few PowerShell commandlets, Markus will give a brief overview of using PowerShell within your SharePoint Online environment.
