Introduced with SharePoint 2016 – Feature Pack 1, the Hybrid Auditing allows SharePoint administrators to harness the power of Office 365 to automatically upload their diagnostic and usage logs to the cloud and then use the built-in capabilities to generate reports in Office 365. With the hybrid auditing feature, administrators can easily track the usage of the files stored in SharePoint. FP1 also introduced one additional feature called Administrative Actions Logging allowing you to closely monitor Farm Administrators and actions being performed in the Central Admin realm.
