The Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB) is one of Southern Europe’s leading conference, exhibition, and event venues, offering nearly 100,000 m² of versatile space. Opened in 2004 and located in the modern Diagonal Mar seafront district, the CCIB enjoys a prime position just 15 minutes from the historic city centre. The venue is exceptionally well connected by metro, tram, bus, and major roadways, with numerous hotels within walking distance for delegates’ convenience.
The CCIB is comprised of two architecturally striking buildings — the Convention Centre and the Forum Auditorium — linked by an underground walkway. Together, they feature a wide range of facilities, including a 3,000-seat auditorium, expansive exhibition halls covering more than 11,000 m², and over 40 flexible meeting rooms to accommodate events of all sizes. Set against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and leisure options, the CCIB combines world-class infrastructure with a vibrant urban setting, creating an inspiring environment for international events.
We are in the process of arranging our hotel partners in Barcelona. Please check back here for updates soon.
