Finally PDF forms for Office 365

PDF Share Forms is proud to announce its new product release — PDF Share Forms for Office 365. This PDF document viewer and form filler is an award winning solution for SharePoint Online and Office 365 Business Edition.

PDF Share Forms for Office 365 is available at Office Store. Free version allows users to open PDF documents and fill in PDF forms within the browser window without any additional tool or plug-ins.

Once you install this application, button “Open in browser” appears in the SharePoint Online ribbon. To open the PDF document, a user only needs to select the desired PDF file and click this button. Document is opened inside the browser window, allowing review, search, print, share, and document page navigation functions.

If you need a PDF form filling capabilities, it is also available here. User can easily open and fill in existing form or deploy PDF form template as a content type. Once PDF content type is deployed, user can create new form instances inside the document library from the “New document” menu.

Working with SharePoint Online, PDF Share Forms can implement rapid introduction of new features. Ever more powerful features, like data synchronisation between form fields and SharePoint columns, PDF form designer, workflow support, and public form functionalities are coming in Q4 2014.
