Some of the data that you will want to present on your site is going to be best shown as a table so if you are a member of a site you can go ahead and show data in table check out the page that’s the best thing to do to start with then edit the page and then go to the place where you want to insert the table and then from the insert tab you can go ahead and choose the initial formatting the size of the table you can always come back and change this later easily the first row of course is going to be your header row then you put in your categories you can go ahead and put in the data that you’re looking to present just like you would do in Microsoft Word no need to worry about the formatting at this time focus on the data and once you’re ready you can go to design tab and then change the design of this table pretty easily by all the built in styles that are available once you select the style you can select if you want to or not want to show the header or footer row and then save the page is still checked out you will want to check in the page what the proper comment when that’s all done your page is going to be ready for everybody to see
