“On August 27, 2013 Metalogix acquired the SharePoint assets and brands of Axceler, a
leader in SharePoint governance and solutions. The addition of Axceler’s product suite
to Metalogix portfolio of leading content infrastructure software furthers the company’s
mission to deliver best-of-breed solutions to deploy, operate and protect Microsoft
My Biggest Questions to Metalogix:
Q. What about Migration? Doesn’t Axceler and Metalogix both provide migration?
A. These will be integrated into the Metalogix Content Matrix
Q. What will the new name of the company be?
A. Metalogix. Metalogix is acquiring the Axceler SharePoint business. The Axceler SharePoint Products will be brought into the Metalogix brand.
Q. What is the focus of Metalogix?
A. Enhanced migration, governance, storage management and replication technology for SharePoint
Q. Is there any impact to licensing? Do I need to purchase any new licensing?

I love the stat… Metalogix has migrated 50,000 TB of content. That speaks to the years of migration into SharePoint.
