Please recommend one ESPC22 Session (you can’t pick your own )

Even if I am not a developer, I love Vesa Juvonen’s sessions; Designing, Configuring and Building Engaging Experiences within Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Workshops and Immersive Meetings Experience in the Microsoft Metaverse

Can you briefly discuss a project you are most proud of?

We migrated a large German SMB completely to the Microsoft security stack. The customer had been using many different IT security solutions before. This was a challenge both technically and organizationally. The project has shown that such a change is possible without disrupting the ongoing business and that the synergy effects are clearly noticeable when everything is implemented with one provider, in this case Microsoft.

What is your favourite film?

Heat (1995 film)

What is the best career or life advice you have received to date?

Just stay calm when things are going well. Don’t think you are above things. You can’t always win the games – but you can always play it 😉

Have you any tips on receiving a MVP status?

There is no checklist that you have to work through in order to become an MVP. The MVP Award is a community award. It’s about getting involved in the community and, as Microsoft says so well, being visible. If you do what you do to become MVP that’s the wrong approach. If you do what you do because you love it then that’s the right way.
