Can you briefly discuss a project you are most proud of?

On the open-source side by far my personal favorite is the PnP provisioning engine which was initially thought of already back in 2012 and which is still being used by thousands and thousands of customers each month. It’s been an incredible project with hundreds of community contributors, and it has also span up countless other successful community driven projects and solutions.

What is your favorite film?

Wall-E – Disney

What is the best career or life advice you have received to date?

Sharing is caring!

Can you describe a typical day in Microsoft?

No. There is none. It’s a big company, but the days vary significantly based on where you are getting dragged into. I work directly with numerous organizations and in numerous open-source efforts, so there’s no typical day as such.

Scheduling social media updates, publishing blog posts, reviewing PRs, meeting community members, meeting customers, meeting colleagues, planning product features, planning roadmap, planning community events, building solutions, updating docs, recording guidance videos, preparing presentations, planning feature releases, coordinating development and so much more. I seem to have a complex job – so I am taking things day by day.
