How are you? I hope you all are doing well. Today I’m going to talk to you about how to use Microsoft Teams Mobile to Communicate with Family and Friends. As several of you know, Microsoft Teams is the Hub for collaborative work, where we rely on a structure of teams and channels for collaboration within organizations, schools, and groups in general.
We have the versions with a paid license as well as the free version that we have already talked about.
But on Monday, June 22, Microsoft informs us that it has put in preview (only for the mobile client) new functionalities to connect with our family and friends

We do not need a different client, as Skype (for consumer) and Skype for Business used to be. Otherwise, as you can see in the image above, the same mobile client can make the change to our personal account, and return back to our business account (if we have, otherwise the personal account is well justified to install the application )
The benefits of Microsoft Teams available to you

Being in contact with your family and friends in the way that you do today with other applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or an application with the same characteristics and with all the support of a business application, is luxurious. You will be able to perform common tasks such as sending instant messages, making audio and video calls. Share files, images, GIFs and location in real time, all this easy to access and review from the control panel (dashboard) in each conversation.
It’s not all, you can also create shared tasks within group conversations or 1 to 1, to be able to follow up on day-to-day activities. How can you occupy it? Very simple, you have a family reunion planned, creating the list of tasks you can define and review the status of all pending. Who needs to buy food, rent tables and chairs, cake, music. You will be able to share in real time the location of everyone who will attend and thus be sure that everyone is well and on the way.

Planning the holidays and the holidays will be much easier. You can also share the photos that you take only with the members of the group and they will be saved within the conversation.
Organizing a Sunday soccer team? Easy, add the members of your sports team to Microsoft Teams, create the group and add a shared calendar, where all the members of the group can check the time, place, and extra details for the next game.
Within the panel (dashboard) you can have control of all the activities that have been carried out in that group. Photos, files, events and location. Everything concentrated in one place to facilitate the use of the tool.

You will be able to save and share important information from your “safe”. Where you can enter information such as credentials, security notes, passwords, passport, memberships, etc. And the best thing is that you can share this information with your relatives (you decide who and what information) very useful to share the insurance policy number, general data, and for those who share their Netflix accounts (very few, right?) Do not worry to enter your safe ask for authentication by PIN.
If you want to know more, I invite you to a webinar where we will show everything we can do with Microsoft Teams for personal use. If you want to see it live, enter on Friday June 26 at 10:00 a.m. Mexico, otherwise the same league will save the streaming.
