ESPC are excited to announce the return of the ESPC Volunteer programme.
As a Volunteer, you will be part of a team who engage and welcome our visitors and assist in providing the best experience possible for them – and we are dedicated to making it an exceptional experience for you, too!
Volunteers receive ESPC t-shirts & custom swag, access to sessions, entry to the expo with over 60 booths, an instant network of soon-to-be friends and much more.
ESPC22 will take place from the 28th of November to the 1st of December in the Bella Center in Copenhagen.
We are looking for Volunteers to assist us on Tuesday 29th November, Wednesday 30th November and Thursday1st December. Tuesday is an important day, so it would be great if you could join us then!
With over 120 sessions, exhibition space and social events taking place, there is lots to see and be part of at the event.
So, let’s take a look at the roles that you can be part of at the event.
The ESPC Welcomers are a vital part of the team and are involved in making sure that every delegate feels that warm Irish (and Danish!) welcome on arrival.
As a Welcomer, you will work with the ESPC core team at our registration desk meeting delegates when they arrive, showing them where to go and assisting with their queries.
ESPC Ambassadors are our super-informers! These volunteers know everything there is to know about ESPC – the who, what, where and when of the programme and those frequently asked questions.
As an Ambassador, you could be directing delegates to rooms, advising them on the best place to get coffee or helping them get connected to the Wi-Fi.
You would be based at the registration desk with the rest of the ESPC team in case you don’t know the answer to every question.
The Active ESPC-ers are involved in multiple elements of the Conference.
Throughout the day, you will be in the exhibition space, helping out in the tutorials, checking on sessions or being part of the ESPC team.
If you would like to apply for this role, you must be interested in being part of the entire conference experience. This means being prepared to have different roles throughout the day.
Welcome Call
Once your volunteer application has been approved, you will be asked to join a welcome call. The call will be held on Teams before the conference.
Certificate of Attendance
At the end of the programme, you will receive an ESPC certificate for your participation. An excellent addition to you CV!
