James Papadimitriou is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft’s Power CAT team, focused on Copilot Studio and the future of Intelligent Automation.

He collaborates closely with key leaders across business and engineering to advance their AI adoption journeys. As a founding PM on Power Automate for desktop, James has delivered foundational features including cloud connectors in desktop flows, the unified experience with cloud flows, Power FX integration, and custom actions.

Prior to joining Power Platform, he led engineering at Microsoft’s Greek Innovation Center and served as an Azure Technical Evangelist, specializing in PaaS cloud architectures.
