Maria is a senior consultant at Avo Consulting and works with Aker BP as team lead for adoption of Everyday AI and low code. Her passion is helping people discover what the technology can do and showing how to use it effectively in their work context. When people understand the opportunities and feel confident using the tools, real value follows. She brings a strategic perspective to adoption so progress supports business goals and lasts over time.

She leads adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform with a focus on training, engagement and building communities and champion networks. She partners with governance to put safe, simple guardrails and clear guidance in place. She designs learning journeys, creates engaging training and shares relatable use cases that fit everyday work. With experience from the Power Platform, an academic background in HR and a master’s degree in Leadership from Kristiania, Maria bridges people and technology.
