Nirav Shah, Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, leads the Agent 365 and Agent Cloud team, focusing on building reliable AI platforms that help organizations solve business challenges and achieve meaningful results through advanced technology.

In this role, Nirav leads Agent 365—Microsoft’s control plane for managing AI agents—empowering organizations to deploy, govern, and accelerate agent productivity with unified management, robust compliance controls, and seamless integration into business workflows.

His team also drives initiatives like AI Tools, Power Platform Connectors, and Dataverse, enabling organizations to harness AI over business processes and enterprise data. Additionally, Nirav oversees the Azure cloud infrastructure services that power mission-critical applications across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.

Over his two-decade career at Microsoft, Nirav has held engineering leadership roles in Dynamics CRM, Office, and Visual Studio. He earned his degrees at Rutgers University and lives in the greater Seattle area. Nirav’s leadership continues to shape Microsoft’s AI-first strategy, fostering innovation and trusted solutions for global enterprises.
