Prior to joining Tabular Editor, Peer was a key member of the twoday Microsoft Fabric expert group, where he played a central role in defining implementation frameworks for Microsoft Fabric , covering metadata-driven ingestion, transformation patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable ways of working.

His involvement with Microsoft Fabric dates back to its early private preview in 2022, when it was still known as Project Trident. This early access gave him unique insight into the platform’s design and evolution, establishing him as a go-to expert for modern data engineering with Fabric.
