Nirav Shah is the Corporate Vice President (CVP) overseeing the Business & Industry Copilot Agent Cloud team at Microsoft, leading the development and implementation of platform capabilities which push the boundaries of AI to enable high value and secure AI business solutions. He drives key projects such as AI Tools, Power Platform Connectors, and Dataverse making it possible to power business processes and enterprise data with technological advancements in AI. Nirav is also responsible for the shared Azure cloud infrastructure services across Microsoft’s Business Applications and Platforms, powering mission critical applications built on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Over the course of his two-decade career at Microsoft, Nirav has held various engineering leadership roles in Dynamics CRM, Office, and Visual Studio focused on simplifying application development. He helped lead the cloud transition of Dynamics CRM from an on-premises offering to running fully on Azure. Nirav earned his degrees at Rutgers University and lives in the greater Seattle area.
