With 14 years of experience across various roles in tech, I have built a career around one guiding principle: delivering user-first innovations that solve real problems. Currently, I’m a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, leading efforts on Power Apps, where I focus on empowering business users through some of the most innovative solutions in the space. My role is to ensure that technology doesn’t just serve, but genuinely enhances the everyday experiences of our users, making their lives easier and more productive.
I’m a passionate advocate for inclusivity in tech, and I channel this into both my product work and my leadership role as co-lead of HOLA@BIC, our Latinx employee resource group at Microsoft. In this capacity, I work to foster an environment where diverse voices are heard, valued, and empowered to create change within the company.
My approach to product management is rooted in empathy and a commitment to driving meaningful change. I thrive on collaborating across teams — from design to engineering — to develop solutions that meet user needs, often anticipating challenges before they arise. But what really excites me is the opportunity to mentor others, share my experiences, and help grow the next generation of product leaders.
