Malin works as Head of Dynamics 365 at Knowit in Oslo, Norway. She started working with CRM in 2009 and became a CRM consultant in 2014. She works with the CRM part of Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Power Platform, ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365 Marketing! 1st July 2019 I was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP title) and in August 2020 I became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
