I’ve been presented with the 2017–2025 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for my Azure IoT community work. In 2024, I also received a second MVP award for Real-Time Intelligence.

In my daily work, I’m an IoT solution architect for SDG Group (an Alten company) – The Netherlands, the consulting and engineering organization for the high-tech sector, and I specialize in Microsoft Azure IoT together with Microsoft Fabric.

I’m involved with many aspects of the Azure IoT Platform and Azure and IoT in general. I work on IoT innovations where I add IoT value by working together with clients, partners, and the community.

I have presented about IoT at multiple events in eg. The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Moldova, Iceland, and Canada.
