Serge Luca, also known as Doctor Flow, is a 19-time Microsoft MVP and currently a Business Applications MVP specializing in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Based in Brussels, Belgium, he works as a Power Platform Solution Architect and has designed and delivered more than 18 enterprise-scale Power Platform projects.

An international and Microsoft Ignite speaker, Serge is also a frequent blogger and community contributor. He has completed multiple assignments for the Microsoft SharePoint team in Redmond, worked on projects worldwide, and served as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Learning on SharePoint and Workflow Foundation.

Serge has trained over a thousand developers in SharePoint technologies and is the author of the renowned Master Class Microsoft Power Automate and Master Class Power Apps workshops. He also collaborated with the Flow team to help create the “Microsoft Power Automate in a Day” workshop.

In addition, Serge is the creator of the open-source Power Platform BPM Toolkit, available on GitHub. Earlier in his career, he worked as a researcher at the University of Namur (Belgium) and as a contractor for Microsoft (USA).
