Jonathan is a Customer Experience Program Manager on the Microsoft 365 Customer Advocacy team within the Collaborative Applications and Platform Group at Microsoft, where he leads content and engagement at scale across global communities. Previously, Jonathan was part of Microsoft’s Creative Events Experiential team, driving corporate event planning and building large-scale, repeatable community experiences—from Connection Pods and Innovation Hubs to tech demos and AMA theaters—designed to spark meaningful connections and learning.

As the Community Studio lead, Jonathan orchestrates short‑form interviews, on‑site event coverage, and social amplification that turns expert insights into accessible stories for the global Microsoft 365 community. A marketing graduate of the University of Illinois and proud Chicagoan, Jonathan is also the founder of Poetic Lens Media, a boutique media company specializing in event coverage and production. Outside of work, he’s passionate about content creation, traveling, and poetry.
