This part of the stage aims to offer attendees lightning talks (30 mins), panels, Ask the Experts and talks that focus on skill-building, career advancement, personal growth, and educational opportunities. Topics will include leadership development, career planning, communication skills, time management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and more. 

These sessions are geared toward enhancing attendees’ knowledge, capabilities, and effectiveness in various aspects of their personal and professional lives. These sessions will include D&I sessions presented by Karuana Gatimu and Heather Cook from Microsoft, sessions focusing on leadership, mentorship and networking.
