Beyond the Prompt: Building an AI‑Resilient Career with Power Skills
AI isn’t taking your job—the person who learns to partner with AI might. In this fast‑paced, practical keynote, Heather Cook shares a human‑first playbook for making your career AI‑resilient and AI‑accelerated. We’ll reframe “AI‑proofing” as a set of durable power skills that compound with every release: clarity of problem framing, judgment and ethics, adaptive communication and storytelling, systems thinking, collaborative leadership, data/AI literacy, and promptcraft patterns that make Copilot and agents work for you.
You’ll learn how to translate ambiguity into action, design prompts and reusable workflows that scale your impact, and build a personal operating system for focus, feedback, and growth. We’ll spotlight real scenarios—from running better meetings to shaping strategy—in ways that elevate your team and your visibility. Walk away with a lightweight toolkit, a one‑page skills map, and next steps you can put to work on Monday. The future of work is human + AI—this is how you lead in it.
