- Fetches real-time temperature data
- Looks up clothing recommendations from a SharePoint Excel file
- Loads a mailing list from another data source
- Generates structured email content (subjects + bodies) with a Prompt Action
- Prepares everything for a cold-email automation
It’s a perfect example of how “ask → gather → act” becomes one smooth Copilot experience.
