The top priority for The European SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure Conference and The European Power Platform Conference is to deliver an enjoyable and safe event for our participants.
Both conferences aim to deliver a friendly atmosphere in which all attendees should feel safe, comfortable and welcome always.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants, speakers or staff in any form. We ask that everyone please be respectful in person and online to each other.
Code of Conduct
We, in our discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserve the right to refuse participation to – or to remove access to – our events anyone that we determine is:
Acting disrespectfully – in the form of messages, images, or interactions by any participant is not tolerated.
Verbally harassing – related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion is not acceptable.
Intimidating – sexual images, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate language, unwelcome physical contact is not tolerated.
The above are to be adhered to regardless of on or off site and at business or social activities.
Participants asked to stop harassing behaviour are expected to do so immediately. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to or participation in the Event.
Feeling Unsafe?
Our staff can be identified by our shirts and headsets. *Tip– a staff member will always be available at the conference registration desk. Your issue will be dealt with discretely and in confidence.
Our staff will assist you by doing the following where necessary:
- Contacting venue security
- Providing escorts
- Assisting those experiencing harassment
Witnessing Suspicious Behaviour?
Speak out – you could be doing a huge favour for a participant in discomfort.
If you witness anything that violates this code of conduct, please contact a member of staff by visiting the Registeration Desk or direct message on the conference app. A member of the team is never too far away and easily idenitifed via our coloured polo tshirts.
