Challange: Copenhagen Airports establishes a
central Enterprise Content Management platform to create increased
coherence and an overview across systems and to speed up the
development of applications via the reuse of common components and
platform. The ECM platform is based on a  Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server and GetOrganized.

Benefits and Outcomes: Copenhagen Airport has
started up an  Enterprise Content Management(ECM)
project to establish a central platform. The platform was ready at
the beginning of 2010 and since then a range of new solutions –
like intranet, business intelligence, process support etc. – have
been established, and there are more on the way. The ECM platform
has meant that the other solutions were set up fast and that to a
much greater extent it is now possible to keep up with the
businesses’ needs.
