Challange:  Until recently, the charity’s
process for managing its budget was overly complicated and
time-consuming. Spreadsheets were created with individual passwords
and emailed from person to person. Once approved, the finance team

Nusrat said. “This time saving enables the finance team to focus on
deeper budget management issues and other strategic tasks that are
of more importance to the organisation as a whole.”
