Paul Collinge is Senior Program Manager in the Microsoft Office 365 product team, primarily looking after network connectivity and performance to the service. Working directly with customers to plan and optimise their enterprise connectivity to the cloud whilst also driving engineering changes to help improve the service in this area has enabled him to gain a wide experience of the challenges and solutions to enterprise Office 365 connectivity.

Paul has worked at Microsoft since 2004, previous roles include, Senior Support Escalation Engineer within the Windows Core and Networking teams and also as a Principle Premier Field Engineer concentrating on network problem isolation, specifically within the Cloud/Office 365 space.
