Thomas started his professional career 15 years ago. Since 2010 Thomas has been helping companies to introduce, customize and adapt SharePoint and Office 365. Talking to hundreds of companies and learning within dozens of projects allowed him to become certified as MCSE, MCSA and MCITP for SharePoint and Office365. At AvePoint he helps customers to find the best solution to migrate, manage and protect his customer’s environments. With his experiences in Sales Engineering, Account Management and as IT Application Owner, he enables his team as well as being a Trusted Advisor for Microsoft 365 and on-Premises SharePoint environments.

His personal interest is Microsoft’s complete Modern Workplace environment. Working out loud, Social networks and collaborating in any communication loop efficiently. He loves being an Microsoft 365 Champion and Ambassador for Microsoft Teams and Yammer.
