Pre-Conference tutorials will run from 09:00 to approx. 17:00 on Monday December 2nd. Track Sessions will run from the 3rd-5th December. You must present the agreed session only. The members of the community will expect ESPC content, not third party product demos and sales pitches. Sales pitches are not acceptable as they are typically not well received by the audience. If you feel that your presentation does not comply with these terms, please let us know should you need to withdraw your speaking application. Slide decks/reference material/technical papers must be submitted to the Conference Administrator via email no later than November 14th. We reserve the right to replace any presenter who misses the specified deadlines. Speaker Registration - Speakers must register with the conference team at the registration desk at least 60 minutes before your session is due to commence. Speakers who have not registered by the requested time will be replaced at the discretion of the organisers. Please note that speaker travel and accommodation expenses are not subsidised, however, we offer a maximum of 3 nights accommodation for you at Scandic Talk hotel, 4 nights for tutorial speaker. Any extra nights will be at the expense of the speaker. Speaker remuneration - €800 for 1-2 sessions. €2000 for a pre-conference tutorial.
