Microsoft Fabric: A Journey from Classic Azure Data Lake to BYOL and OneLake

Microsoft Fabric is a comprehensive analytics solution for enterprise organizations enabling data movement, real-time analytics, and BI. For Dynamics 365 or PowerApps users, the data already resides in Dataverse and with a few clicks, it can be made available in Microsoft Fabric, using which the users can build low-code apps and automation or generate insightful KPIs from their centralized pool of OneLake data.
In this session, we will go through a case study and the journey from ADLS Gen2 with multiple storage accounts & containers to a single OneLake instance in a Fabric tenancy.

In this session you will learn about:
*MS Fabric Configuration for D365 and its prerequisites
*Comparison of legacy Data Lake and Microsoft OneLake with Fabric, in terms of Cost, Security & Performance
*Architectural Best Practices for transition from legacy Azure Data Lake to MS OneLake with MS Fabric
