Kristina Behr is General Manager of Modern Workplace Transformations for Vertical Industries. She is responsible for product strategy and development of productivity and collaboration solutions for Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Retail, and Manufacturing industries with a focus on empowering the first line worker audience. Kristina is a practical and passionate leader with a human-centered and scenario driven approach to product development. In her over 17 years in the technology industry, she has led different portions of the product development lifecycle inclusive of data science, product strategy, design, engineering, and product management for products such as Bing, Xbox, and Office. Her current role is to drive the evolution of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams with capabilities to serve the needs of first line workers and digitize high value businesses processes in key industries. Prior to her current role, Kristina was part of Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence & Research group, where she was involved in innovation planning and product design for Microsoft’s search and AI businesses, driving investments in Mobile user experiences as well as incubating Conversational AI.
