Leeroy Chaplin has over 25 years in implementing global change management, Mergers and Acquisitions and strategic IT projects, ranging from ERP, applications delivery and Infrastructure set-up.

Current focus is leading the Kapsch group IT strategy and driving the integration of a new company acquisition covering 7 countries across 35 sites, including the set-up up new major offices in Spain and USA.
