Paul Woods is the General Manager of the Adopt & Embrace business at Rapid Circle, based in Brisbane, Australia. His passion lies at the intersection between technology and people – how we can deliver great technology, and empower people to do more to achieve great results (both professionally, and personally).

Paul’s business – Adopt & Embrace – was founded in 2015, and acquired by Rapid Circle in 2021. It was recognised by Microsoft as a finalist in the Employee Experience category of the 2021 Global Partner of the Year awards, building on its success as Microsoft’s Global Partner of the Year for Teamwork in 2018.

Outside of the Microsoft community, Paul recently completed research as part of the Work/Industry Futures Research program at the Queensland University of Technology. He has been a member of the teaching team at the QUT Business School, and a regular guest lecturer in the QUT Graduate School of Business MBA program. Paul is a 10x Microsoft MVP, and lead author of two books (“Adopt & Embrace Microsoft Teams”, and “Gourmet Teamwork”).

Outside of work, he is a father of twins and a very amateur triathlete.
