Karoliina’s speciality is developing teamwork and internal communications with the help of Microsoft Teams. Karoliina inspires customers to take advantage of the full potential of Microsoft 365 – in the end, it’s all about excellent employee experience.

Please recommend one ESPC22 Session (you can’t pick your own 😊)

I’d recommend Tracy Van der Schyff’s session How Autonomy in the Modern Workplace has Changed the Way We Work, Forever. Tracy always has amazing stories to tell!

Can you briefly discuss a project you are most proud of?

I’m the happiest when I see a real, long-term change in customers’ ways of working. It can be a small “Heureka!” moment when a team I coach discovers the full collaboration potential in Microsoft Teams. Or a large-scale digital communication strategy roadmap that is transforming from PowerPoints and (virtual) post-it notes to real actions within the organisation.

What is your favourite film?

I enjoy watching Christmas movies right from the beginning of November. All those mediocre Hallmark and Netflix versions with a mug of glögg and a set of gingerbread biscuits – perfection! Die Hard is reserved for Christmas day.

What is the best career or life advice you have received to date?

Sharing is caring Surround yourself with smart colleagues, a multitalented team, an expert community – then you’re never alone.

Have you any tips on receiving a MVP status?

Find the thing you’re really enthusiastic about in the Microsoft scene. Find your own ways of expressing yourself – be it blogging, speaking at conferences or making videos. Be you!
