Can you briefly discuss a project you are most proud of?

Doing a project for a major airline that has been struggling for years to gain funding or traction to modernize their legacy intranet until I came in and did a Viva Connections pilot that was so successful that it generated momentum and interest to finally invest in modernizing their entire environment.

What is your favourite film?

The Goonies

What is the best career or life advice you have received to date?

Everyone is replaceable, do what it takes to make it difficult to be replaced.

Have you any tips on receiving a MVP status?

Get involved because you are passionate about what you do, passionate about the community, passionate about the technology and the MVP status will come… don’t do it FOR the MVP status.
