Power Virtual Agents enables you to create a chatbot with no code using a graphical user interface. This video is an introduction on how to get started with creating your first bot in Power Virtual Agents. It takes you through creating and naming your bot, and putting it in the right environment so that you can connect it to other business systems to take action.
You will then learn how to create topics, including trigger phrases that take advantage of natural language processing, author your topics using the no-code canvas, edit the standard greeting topic to create a top level navigation, and test and publish your bot.
